The fabulous school GreenBatch team has saved more than 700 items from landfill in Term 1. We appreciate students and teachers placing bottles (PET1 and HDPE2), bottle lids, aluminium cans and bread tags in the purple and green bins at the school. These bins are located near the Library and near Home Economics. Please save all other waste for the bins with the yellow tops.

The GreenBatch team sorts and counts the contents of the purple and green bins every Thursday at recess on the lawn near the Home Economics building. The drink bottles and lids will be recycled by the GreenBatch company to make 3D printer filament for the school. Come and see what we do – we’re always looking to welcome new team members. It’s a great way to support your school community and the environment.
